The Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Light-Emitting Diode (LED) Lighting System is a custom-designed temporary system that is:

Our energy-efficient lighting solutions
At ELV LED Lighting System, we have four products available:
1200W Isolation Transformers (with lockable box)
To protect you and others from the risk of electric shock, our isolation transformers transfer electrical power from a 240 VAC power to extra low voltage. For safety reasons, the transformer comes with a lockable box to limit access to electricians only.
The transformers are built with our special design isolation transformer power supply which comply with AS/NZS 61558.2.6:2009.

- 3 x 4mm2 cables – 400mm long
- 3 separate IP65 female plugs paralleled from the extra low voltage power supply
Low Voltage Light Fittings

These high-brightness SMD2835 LED products have a long lamp life of above 50000 hours, with 12 months’ warranty on battery and light.
With no harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays, mercury, lead, or glass, the lights are IP65 waterproof and feature both integral emergency options and microwave sensor.
At ELV LED Lighting System, currently we have 2 models available:
- 20w 600mm Length Emergency Tri-Proof LED light with metal clips
- 5w emergency power

- 2 hours’ emergency time
- Extra low voltage input with dimmable movement sensor (Dim down to 10% with 10 minutes’ hold time)
- 1m x 2core 4mm2 flexible cables with IP65 male/female plug at the ends with waterproof glands in the fitting entries
- 40w 1200mm Length Emergency Tri-Proof LED light with metal clips
- 10w emergency power
- Cool white 6000k

IP65 Tee Connectors
Using the ‘plug & play’ concept, our specially-designed highly-visible tee connectors allow you to add, relocate, or change lights while power is live – limiting potential down time.
The screw cap ensures cables are tightly connected and secured to prevent any power drop. With the status of IP65, the bright yellow tee connectors are protected against dust and low water-pressure.

Using the ‘plug & play’ concept, our long and flexible custom-made 5 metre cables allow you to add, relocate, or change lights while power is live – limiting potential down time.
The screw cap ensures the bright yellow cables are tightly connected and secured to prevent any power drop. With the status of IP65, the product is protected against dust and low-water pressure.

Saving costs – as well as energy
By being LED and energy-efficient, our lights produce a low carbon footprint. They come with a sensor and back-up battery and are built to conserve energy when not in use.
When there is no movement detected, the light fitting dims down to 10%. When movement is detected, the light ramps up to 100% for two minutes before resetting back down to 10%.
In the case of power loss, a fully charged system will automatically go into an emergency state, meaning the light will ignite and remain on for over 90 minutes (as required under AS 2293 – 2005).
Creating a safer worksite
All of our connecting leads are bright yellow and specially designed for the ELV system. Therefore, a safer work environment is ensured as they can’t be accidentally interconnected to any 240v systems.
